iStalkr is NOT a rss reader (they feel very strongly about that!). If, like me, you spend a large chunk of your free time online then iStalkr could be something to take a look at.
It creates a “lifestream” and tracks what you do. When you use sites like Digg, Del,icio.us, ma.gnolia, flickr, twitter etc it keeps a log of what and where you have been and you can then take this time line and insert it into your blog etc. Then, like twitter, you can monitor your friends time line and other people can monitor yours.
