I found this culinary delight on a russian site which didn’t provide any sources…and most importantly…no cooking instructions! Theres sausages…bacon and most defintely cheese!
Can anyone provide any more details on this delightful heart attack in a loaf? It doesnt look like one of Jamie Olivers?

Well “Man o Man”, i didnt credit supersizedmeals because i didnt know about the site. I was hoping that someone like you would be able to tell me where the original images were from.
