While this might look like a 3d render, its 100% real. The room exists in a hotel in Berlin, Germany called Arte Kunsthotel.

Each of its rooms has a different artistic theme such as cartoon, like the one above, and Van Gogh; which includes a pot of sunflowers and depicts other pieces of art from Vincent himself:
