Its Johann Lipowitz the Mime Artist.

Johann Lipowitz first came to my attention when he had a billing on a comedy show called the Policeman’s Ball in the UK last year. He mimed to “Torn” by Natalie Imbruglia with Natalie singing the song live right next to him and finally miming to the song herself.
