The Squba Underwater Car

Swiss company Rinspeed have produced a car that can dive to a depth of 10 meters. Take a look at this video of it in action.

(Its worth skipping the first 2:30 minutes. Theres an awful lot of cringingly bad James Bond-esqe acting)
