I love pixel art. I think it all stems from a love of the old 8-bit adventure games like Monkey Island and Beneath a Steel Sky on the Amiga.This awesome example is called “Underneath it all” which was an entry for the Last Man Standing competition at ConceptArt.org. I played all of the Lucarts Graphic Adventures growing up. This looks like one of their games, but the only thing I recognize is Big Daddy from Bioshock.
Great piece of art though.
