A Heart of Glass

Take a look at this awesome 3D animation of a beating heart. You use the slider back and forth to change the opacity of the heart from a perfectly textured heart into a gorgeous refractive glass material so you can see the valves and chambers etc.

Its just 2 pre-rendered 3d movies fading from one to the other but its effect is absolutely spot on.
